What is your exchange policy?

We are happy to honor any exchanges as long as:

The item being returned is in new condition and retains the original Item tag. However, there are no returns or exchanges on intimate apparel such as underwear.


Please note, there will be no returns accepted on sale or clearance items.

Please go on-line and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for to assure that you get what you desire.

Please send us back the unwanted item and we will credit your card upon receipt.

Again, we recommend you ship all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to exchange shipping are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged when received.


What is your return policy?

Flavor Your Favors wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your shipment. Simply email our customer service department at customercare@flavoryourfavors.com to let us know you are returning an item.


Please note, the item being returned should be in new condition. There are no returns or exchanges on intimate apparel, sale or clearance items.

All items must be unworn and returned in the same condition as it was sent. Once we have approved your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.


How should I ship my return?

You will receive an email confirmation that we are in receipt of your email for the returning item(s). Once you've received your confirmation, for your protection, we suggest you send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.


How are refunds processed?

Full refunds, excluding original shipping costs, will be given in the same form of payment used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been completed.


What if the merchandise I ordered arrived damaged during shipping?

In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your damaged package. Please email us at
customercare@flavoryourfavors.com to arrange for a replacement item.

How do I place an order on-line?
Browse through our products by clicking on the "VIEW ITEM" buttons underneath each item this page will display the detail, price, and general information about the item. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add this item to your shopping cart. Click on the "View Cart" button to review your entire order. Proceed through check-out as directed.

How long can I expect delivery to take?

Your order will be filled as promptly as possible. Please allow 7-12 business days to receive your order. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

What are my shipping options?
All Flavor Your Favors orders are shipped via Fed-x,UPS or USPS which takes 4-5 business days. We also ship Overnight and 2nd day when specified in the shipping options. Shipping costs depend on the number of items ordered:
Ground shipping $6.95 and up
Two-Day shipping $16.95 and up
Overnight shipping $31.00 and up
Please select "International" during checkout for any orders being shipped outside the United States.  At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

How do I calculate shipping?

All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart according to weight.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. If you wish to check on the status of your order immediately, email us at customercare@flavoryourfavors.com

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and money orders (for off-line transactions only) and personal check (please be advised, if sending a personal check there will be a delay in shipping your merchandise)

What tax rate are you charging?

If you live in, or ship your order to New York, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

Once the order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

How do I place an order off-line?

To place an order off-line, please make note of the item number and description of each item you wish to purchase.
