How much does shipping costs?
Shipment costs vary depending on the size and weight of shipment Special handling fees
may also apply to your shipping costs. Once you are ready to check-out, shipping costs will be automatically calculated.
What are my shipping options?
We primarily use UPS (United Parcel Service) to ship products, but on occassion we may
us another carrier. With UPS you have the option to choose Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. We ship products Monday-Friday, except holidays. Upon request we may consider Saturday delivery.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped which
will include the shipping company, delivery information and tracking number.
You may also contact our sales department at sales@flavoryourfavors.com to confirm.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
When will I receive my order?
Items are shipped up to 10 days depending on item. Custom item are shipped after production. If proof has been requested, an item will not be shipped until approval has been made to your satisfaction. Delivery time depends on where the products are being shipped and shipping option you chose.
What if my product is damaged when I receive it?
We ship our item securely, but it is possible for a package to get damaged
during the transit we will gladly issue a credit for the item(s). Damaged items, missing items or packages should be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery date. Flavor Your Favors is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from mishandled packages by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.
