What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience we accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard online, checks and money-orders must be received before an order is processed.
How can I place my order?
We gladly accept orders directly on our website; just click on the "view item" button and complete your order by filling out the appropriete selections to add your item to your "shopping cart". For your conveniece, orders may also be placed via fax, mail, or email.
To place an order via fax, mail or email you must complete our printable order form for that particular item. Items order through mail will take approx. 2 add'l weeks for processing.
Do you offer samples of item?
We've done our best to provide our customers with high-quality images of each item
on our site, but we occassionally receive sample requests of items. We would gladly
provide selected sample. To place a sample order for a particular item(s) please contact customer services at email us at

Do you accept rush orders?

Will a proof be sent before shipping?
Most proofs are issued upon request. Some proofs require an additional payment per request, if you have not received a proof with in 1-2 business days of placing your order and would like to request it, please send and email to
Do you have a printed catalog?
No, we do not send out catalogs, due to the fact that we are constantly adding
new items to our site. If you would like to be informed of any new items feel free to join
our mailing list.
Can I order less than the minimum orders?
Unfortunaltey not, all item which require a minimum order that amount or more must be ordered for that particular item.
Will I receive an order confirmation for my online order?
Yes, an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided us.
Is there a charge for personalization?
Personalization is free for most item. Please click on the individual item for details.
Do Flavor Your Favors offer refunds?
Custom printed products are Non Refundable. Please review your custom printed order to be sure the spelling is correct or request a proof of the order. Non custom printed items are refundable if we receive notice of an error with your item within 7 business days from delivery date please contact our customer service staff via email to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
